🚨IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR OUR CUSTOMERS🚨
We want to keep you all informed about an unfortunate roadblock we’re facing. The City of Otsego recently passed an ordinance that is preventing Cannabis Cave Inc. from obtaining a cannabis dispensary license—despite the fact that we were established before a school moved in next door.
We planned from the start to become a licensed dispensary, creating a safe, legal place for our community to purchase cannabis products. However, the city has decided that while we’re "grandfathered in" for low-dose hemp sales, we won't be grandfathered in for a full cannabis license. This decision is unfair and directly impacts our small business, while also limiting access to legal cannabis in Otsego.
We are fighting this, but we need your support! If you believe Cannabis Cave should be allowed to operate as a dispensary, reach out to the Otsego City Council and let them know! Your voice matters in keeping legal cannabis accessible and supporting local businesses.
